1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the l333 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and related services offered at https://l333.vu. l333 is an online casino and sports betting service operated for players across Bangladesh and other eligible jurisdictions.

By registering an account or placing a wager on l333, you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age, that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you, and that you agree to comply with this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and participate on l333, all players must satisfy the following eligibility requirements at all times. l333 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing bets on l333.
• You must be a natural person accessing the platform for your own personal, non-commercial use. Corporate or automated accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any country or jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have an active account suspension at the time of registration.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on l333. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under your own name or under false identities, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any third party. l333 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to failure to safeguard your credentials.

• All registration information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. l333 may require identity verification (KYC) documents at any time.
• l333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that is found to contain false or misleading information.
• Accounts belonging to minors (persons under 21) will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited upon discovery.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

l333 supports a range of fast, locally relevant payment methods to serve players across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and beyond. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification.
• l333 does not accept third-party payments. The name on the payment account must match the registered account holder's name exactly.
• Withdrawal processing times may vary: mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 1–6 hours; card withdrawals may take 2–5 business days.

l333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure designed to protect all players.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

l333 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other time-limited promotional deals to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard rollover is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly, except as winnings after satisfying all wagering requirements.
• l333 reserves the right to void any bonus or associated winnings if fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse is suspected.
• Promotions are subject to geographic availability. Some offers may not be available in certain regions.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

l333 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. All games on the platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure impartial outcomes. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the platform's game logic constitutes a serious breach.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format is prohibited and will result in account suspension and stake forfeiture.
• Any form of money laundering, using l333 to process illicit funds, or structuring bets solely to circumvent financial regulations is prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at other players, live dealers, or l333 staff through any in-platform communication channel is prohibited.

l333 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity at any time. Where a breach of fair play rules is confirmed, the platform may suspend or permanently close the offending account, void all pending and settled bets, and withhold any outstanding funds pending investigation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the l333 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the arrangement and compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of l333 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express prior written consent from l333.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l333 and its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

l333 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Temporary service outages, maintenance windows, or technical failures may occur, particularly during high-traffic periods such as BPL cricket seasons or major sporting events. l333 will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly but accepts no liability for any losses incurred during downtime.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

l333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. l333 uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your data at all times. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 10. Amendments, Termination & Governing Law

l333 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the platform or any part of its services at any time, with or without notice. Where material changes are made to these Terms and Conditions, l333 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days in advance, unless immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law.
